a diversion

So when I was home I was talking about my frustration with Amarillo and my general feeling of being "stuck." My mom said you just need a diversion. So I started searching for an outlet and stumbled upon a pottery gallery here in Amarillo. Pottery classes would be a great way for me to get away, even if for just a few hours a week...it would give me something to look forward to, something to do. I went a visited the gallery today and the artist was really nice and anxious to show me around and what his art was all about. The classes are small I think, only 5-6 people per class I think. He said they would probably have an opening in their monday night class and he will let me know this week. I am so excited!
